Serendra Updates and Future Development of BGC Civic Center by SMDC

Just an update of your investment.

The construction update above is of Aston, at right, and Red oak, at Left. Both are progressing right on schedule for 2012 and 2013 turnover respectively. This was taken at Market! Market! side by RonnieR of SSC

Also, Good News!

The lot at the back of your Serendra property, where the Taguig City Civic center was located, is now under the development of SM Development Corporation with the control of master-planner for Bonifacio Global City - Ayala Land, Inc. SMDC shall turn the area into a mixed-use development with a high-end low-rise mall like The Podium in Ortigas, a hotel and serviced residences at the tip of the property, a convention center and an office building. They have also allocated a space for a public park. 

The architecture of the SMDC Civic Center in my opinion is very forward, green, clean and iconic for the Philippines. It kind of looks like a shoe, fit for the SM ~ Shoemart brand. I also think the green roof is very pleasing to the eyes, and it helps save energy too.

Surely, this new development shall enhance the valuation of your Serendra property. Kudos Ayala Land for working well with SMDC.

The available units in Two Serendra Aston are now limited to 2-bedrooms and 3-bedrooms. Red Oak is the same with some studio units left. Meranti still has available units to choose from.

Two Serendra Construction Update


 
Dolce and Encino is already being received by unit owners. Aston Serendra has already topped and is way ahead of 2012 turnover schedule. Red Oak at Two Serendra is already rising as Meranti Serendra, launched this year, is already being excavated for groundworks.

Two Serendra is a development by Alveo Land Corporation, formerly known as Community Innovations, Inc., an Ayala Land Inc. company.

Fort Bonifacio Global City Construction Updates and Serendra

Here are some construction photos from Fort Bonifacio Global City - the soon to be premiere Central Business District of the Country. Below you will be able to see the construction of West Super Block - soon home to a high-end department stores catering to luxury stores and posh restaurants. This area is actually the extension of Bonifacio High Street that will extend up until the Shangri-La property beside the Philippine Stock Exchange property along 5th avenue, which will then terminate at the Mind Museum along Rizal Drive. This stretch shall connect the premiere Piazza Serendra to the unique commercial area of Burgos Circle and Forbes Town Center. In the future, this will be an awesome way to shop slash exercise.
