Entering Tagaytay With Our Pioneering Endeavor Kasa Luntian

Kasa Luntian will be Alveo's first foray into leisure developments and is planned to be a leisure residential condominium complex with aquaint retail strip tucked away from the main road.

The approximately 0.8-hectare retail district of the property is envisioned to be a unique destination with dining concepts such as organic bistros and coffee shops, as well as boutiques with special finds. The leisure condo neighborhood will be a low-rise and low-density community.

Tagaytay City, considered as the country's second summer capital because of its crisp and cool climate, is a treasure box of pleasure points in by itself and is Metro Manila's most frequented leisure playground and weekend vacation spot. Located just about an hour and a half away from the metropolis, Tagaytay City provides a quick getaway from the pressures of life back in the busy urban jungle. Whether time is spent admiring the breathtaking views of Taal Lake or feasting on the multiple offerings of diverse restaurants or even lazing away in the abundant spa destinations, Tagaytay spells leisure all year round.

Ayala Land Inc., the country's biggest property company, unveiled Wednesday its first foray in the popular leisure destination Tagaytay, with a low-rise residential and retail development dubbed Kasa Luntian.

The P1.5-billion project, to be developed under Alveo Land Inc., involves the construction of six five-to-seven story residential buildings that will cater to middle-income families.

Alveo Land head of project development Jennylle Tupaz said in an interview during the project launch that phase one of the project covers 3.8 hectares offering 343 units and costing between P4.3 million and P15.1 million.

"Entering Tagaytay with our pioneering endeavor Kasa Luntian is a groundbreaking venture for us. And we aim to bank on the city's continuous development without losing the genuine Tagaytay experience that has made the city of the leading leisure destinations in the country," Tupaz said.

Tupaz said the market had been anticipating the company's first project in Tagaytay. The company practically sold out the 155 units it initially offered for sale during the first day of exclusive priority selling for the company's preferred clients.

Tupaz said the company plans to launch remaining units by February next year due to the strong sales.
