Circuit Makati will be a project similar to Bonifacio Global City but in a smaller scale. The project shall be awarded to the following Ayala Companies: Ayala Land Premier, ALVEO, Ayala Malls, Ayala Hotels, Ayala Businesscapes. This entails that Ayala Land Premier and ALVEO shall both have residential offerings, there will be a mall component, an office component and a hotel component for Circuit Makati. This ensures the right mix of businesses to spark economic activities in the area as well as increased property valuation in Circuit Makati.

Karpos Multimedia Inc. presents Wanderland—an outdoor music and arts festival on May 18 at the new Globe Circuit Events Ground (the former Sta. Ana racetrack ) on A.P. Reyes Avenue, Makati.
The music fest will feature Australian band The Temper Trap; American alt-rock bands Neon Trees and Nada Surf; New Zealand-based folk group Avalanche City; Australian pop duo Colour Coding; and the female-fronted indie group (from Melbourne) Tully on Tully.
Also in the lineup are Filipino bands Up Dharma Down, Taken By Cars, Pulso, Yolanda Moon, and She's Only Sixteen.
The Temper Trap is best known for the songs "Sweet Disposition," "Fader" and "Need Your Love."
Debut album
Composed of Dougy Mandagi (vocals), Jonathon Aherne (bass guitar), Toby Dundas (drums), Lorenzo Sillitto (lead guitar), and Joseph Greer (keyboards, guitar), The Temper Trap formed in 2005 and steadily built a solid fan base while playing at numerous music festivals in Australia, the UK and other countries.
In 2009, the band took the mainstream music scene by storm with its critically acclaimed debut album, "Conditions," whose carrier single, "Sweet Disposition," shot up the European music charts and spawned several remixes, including the popular house version by Axwell & Dirty South.

The Temper Trap went on to win Best Group for "Conditions" and Most Popular Australian Single for "Sweet Disposition" at the 2010 Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Music Awards.
That same year, the band broke into the US market, with "Sweet Disposition" gaining heavy radio airplay and figuring prominently in various TV shows ("Skins," "Greek," "One Tree Hill"), commercials and films ("500 Days of Summer," "Eat, Pray, Love").
"Conditions" also spawned two soundtrack staples: "Fader" ("The Vampire Diaries") and "Love Lost" ("Pretty Little Liars").
After touring extensively, The Temper Trap released its eponymous second album in May 2012. It contained the lead track, "Need Your Love," and the most recent single, "Trembling Hands."
The band promoted the album by touring the US, UK and Australia from March to May last year, including two sold out shows at London's Koko.
It closed the year supporting Coldplay on its autumn stadium tour of Australia.
Wanderland will likewise showcase live art artists Anjo Bolarda x Martojaks, Secret Fresh and Thursday Room; inflatable slides; jousts; and a Velcro wall.
Gates open at 11 a.m.
Tickets are priced at P4,800 (exclusive of ticket service charge), available at all TicketNet, TicketWorld and SM Tickets outlets.
