The project shall be awarded to the following Ayala Companies: Ayala Land Premier, ALVEO, Ayala Malls, Ayala Hotels, Ayala Businesscapes. This entails that Ayala Land Premier and ALVEO shall both have residential offerings, there will be a mall component, an office component and a hotel component for Circuit Makati. This ensures the right mix of businesses to spark economic activities in the area as well as increased property valuation in Circuit Makati.

MANILA, Philippines – Gary Valenciano wowed the crowd at Circuit Makati recently with yet another high-octane performance during the grand launch of Solstice Alveo Land's first residential development in Makati City's newest urban district.

The singer-songwriter, popularly known as "Mr. Pure Energy," serenaded the audience with several of his hits and grooved his way to a high-energy performance to the delight of those in attendance. Also joining him on stage was the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra.

In astronomy, "solstice" takes place when the sun reaches its highest point in the sky. This phenomenon has inspired Alveo Land to introduce yet another revolutionary development by creating opportunities for urban individuals to enjoy the sense of being above all.

Solstice will be the first of 21 residential towers that will rise within Circuit Makati, a 21-hectare master planned, modern-day urban neighborhood envisioned to take shape as the city's one-stop entertainment district.
